Purchasing through the TT Technology Online Store:

For this purpose, personal data is mainly processed to:

  • contact the Customer to inform them of updates regarding their order or provide information related to the ordered products or services,
  • manage payments for purchased products, regardless of the payment method chosen,
  • initiate necessary mechanisms to prevent potential fraud against the Customer and against us during the purchasing process,
  • manage possible returns after purchase and handle inquiries about product availability, product reservations, or service provision,

For using the TT Technology Online Store, the following personal data is processed:

  • For Consumers: email address, first name, last name, delivery address, country (goods can only be delivered within Poland), phone number, bank account number.
  • For Entrepreneurs: email address, first and last name of the person placing the order, delivery address, country (goods can only be delivered within Poland), phone number, bank account number, business name, NIP, business address.

Legal basis:

Personal data is processed based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, i.e., in connection with the conclusion and performance of the sales contract between KT TRADE sp. z o.o. sp. k. and the Customer.

Personal data processing period:

We will process your personal data for the time needed to manage the purchase of products you have acquired, including any returns, complaints, or claims related to a specific product or service. We will process the data no later than the expiration of claims under the sales contract (we will process personal data for a maximum of 2 years from the date of the sales contract).

Product return (withdrawal from the sales contract)

Scope of data:

For this purpose, the Administrator processes the following personal data: email address, first name, last name, delivery address, country, phone number, bank account number, data from a named VAT invoice (if issued).

Legal basis:

Personal data is processed based on Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – processing the Customer’s personal data is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation imposed on the Administrator by law (implementation of the buyer’s right to withdraw from the contract when purchasing goods remotely).

Personal data processing period:

We will process your personal data for the time needed to manage the purchase of products you have acquired, including any returns, complaints, or claims related to a specific product or service. We will process the data no later than the expiration of claims under the sales contract (we will process personal data for a maximum of 3 years from the date of the sales contract).

Product complaint purchased through the TT Technology Online Store

Scope of data:

For handling complaints, the Administrator processes the following personal data:

  • Consumers: email address, first name, last name, delivery address, country, phone number, bank account number, data resulting from a named VAT invoice.
  • Entrepreneurs: email address, first and last name of the person placing the order, delivery address, country, phone number, bank account number, data resulting from a VAT invoice.

Personal data is processed based on Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – processing the Customer’s personal data is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation imposed on the Administrator by law (implementation of the buyer’s rights under the warranty for product defects).

We will process your personal data for the time needed to manage the purchase of products you have acquired, including any returns, complaints, or claims related to a specific product or service. We will process the data no later than the expiration of claims under the sales contract (we will process personal data for a maximum of 2 years from the date of the sales contract).

Conducting marketing activities

For this purpose, data is mainly processed to send newsletters related to our products.
